I build AI agents for small businesses. I need someone who can sell them.

Illustrated infographic summarizing: I build AI agents for small businesses. I need someone who can sell them.

I have built websites and systems for small businesses for many years. This past year it has mostly been AI agents: a Trello board where the cards are tasks, and an agent that researches, drafts and follows up while the owner approves. It works. Customers mostly arrive through people I already know. That is a fine way to get customers and a lousy way to grow.

What I am bad at

Selling. Not because I doubt what I build, but because I would rather build the next thing than call the next person. When I finally sit across from the owner of a twelve-person company, it goes well. I show the board, the agent does something useful while we talk, and they get it. The problem is everything before the meeting. That is where I need someone.

Who I want next to me

Someone who likes talking to people who own their own business. Who would rather show a demo than send a slide deck. Who has sold something before, it does not matter much what, and who can stand many people saying no before one says yes. You do not need to code. You need to explain what an agent does in a busy workday without using the word disruption.

The easiest sale is a Trello installation at 3,000 EUR: one board, one agent, the first workflow running within a week. After that come the bigger packages listed on nowa.dk. Prices are fixed, so you never have to work out a quote.

How I picture it

The first meetings we do together. You find them, I come along. Once you have watched me do it three times, you can do it yourself, and from then on it is commission on everything you bring in. I have a number in mind, but I would rather hear what you think is fair before I say it. We settle that over a coffee, in person or online.

It can be a side job. It can be freelance. It can become more if it goes the way I hope.

Write to me

Send a mail to [email protected] with the subject [grn-salg]. Tell me about the last thing you sold that you were proud of. It does not have to be long. I answer myself, within a couple of days.
